Atlantic Lifts has developed several explosion proof lifts for use in dangerous environments. The Schenectady Chemical Plant, in Scarborough, has an Atlantic lift with a 120 square foot platform and 16,000 lb. capacity. Other explosion proof lifts have been located at the BASF plant in Windsor, Ontario.
