Unlike passenger elevators, material lifts are specifically engineered for the efficient movement of goods and products, making them the most cost-effective and straightforward solution for lifting loads.

Our material lifts boast robust construction and are regarded as the best in the industry. They are commonly employed in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and various other commercial or industrial settings where there is a need to transport goods, equipment, or materials between different floors.

We offer two different types of material lifts:

Type A Material Lifts:

Type A material lifts offer a versatile solution for vertical transportation. These lifts can be automatic, providing unlimited speed and height of travel. They are not permitted to transport people and must be operated from hall stations. The doors are limited to 4 feet in width and are available with powered or manual doors, similar to Type B lifts.

Type A material lifts are an amazing option for businesses looking to transport freight floor to floor in a reciprocating fashion quickly and reliably. The capacity of a type A’s can also vary greatly depending on the customers requirements. Some lifts are designed to handle relatively small loads, while others can handle several tons of weight. They come in various sizes and configurations to accommodate different space requirements and transportation needs.

Type B Material Lifts:

Type B material lifts offer a unique, hands-on approach to vertical transportation. These lifts are operated via constant pressure push buttons, requiring an operator inside or outside the lift. Equipped with swing or vertical sliding/bi-parting doors, these lifts prioritize safety and convenience. Their speed is limited to 30 feet per minute, ensuring controlled and safe movement. With a travel height limited to 25 feet, these lifts are ideal for efficient and reliable transportation within a limited vertical space.

What sets Type B lifts apart is their versatility and reliability. These lifts are built to handle various loads, from smaller items to substantial weights, making them indispensable in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and retail stores. The simplicity of operation combined with their robust construction makes Type B lifts a staple in facilities where efficient and reliable vertical transportation is essential. They are absolutely the most economical option for the customer as well, thanks to their simplicity, which enhances their reliability. Additionally, they are permitted to carry one rider (material handler), adding to their efficiency in certain applications.
