Purpose-Built System Design
Atlantic Lifts’ vehicle display systems use a multi-drum, wire rope-driven lifting arrangement engineered specifically for stacked vehicle presentation.
The system operates using:
Four winding drums
Pinned high yield chain cut to a pre-determined length
Fixed display intervals based on the desired vertical spacing
As the primary tray is raised, subsequent trays are engaged by the designated pinned locations in the high yield chain. This creates a uniform, consistent display with controlled spacing between vehicles.
The design prioritizes stability, predictability, and visual order, which is exactly what a dealership environment demands.
Capacity and Configuration
Atlantic Lifts offers a standard vehicle display lift model rated up to 20,000 lbs housing 4 vehicles. Custom options available.
Tray dimensions are configurable to suit the vehicles being displayed, including:
